Products and prices

We do our best to show product colors and details accurately, but the actual color may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in your local currency and may change without notice. Bundle and set prices (Duo, Trio) are applied automatically at checkout. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain obvious pricing errors.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation email. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Safe use

The VELLIE Mini Cordless Styling Brush is a heated styling tool. Use it on dry hair only, keep the heated teeth away from your skin, eyes and scalp, and never leave it switched on unattended. Let it cool down before putting the cap back on or storing it. Keep it away from water and out of reach of children. Charge it only with a suitable USB-C cable and power adapter. Please read the instructions included with your product before first use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for damage caused by improper use or by ignoring the safety instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

All content on this website, including texts, images, videos and the VELLIE brand, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
