Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on every order.

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Delivery time: 5–9 business days from the day you place your order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and this processing time is included in the 5–9 days.

Tracking: as soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking link. You can also follow your parcel anytime on our Track order page.

Delays: in rare cases carriers, customs checks or public holidays can cause short delays. If your order has not arrived after 9 business days, contact us at support@tryvellie.com and we will look into it right away.

Customs and duties: depending on your country and order value, local customs may charge import duties or taxes. If any apply and were not collected at checkout, they are paid by the recipient.

Wrong address: please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address; reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels: if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or a full refund.
